MARSANS, JANIS
- Born: 1914 in Marciena.
- 1937 - Graduates from Military College, assigned to the 2nd Ventspils Infantry
- Transfers to the Aviation Regiment
- 1940 - Graduates from Flight School (observer)
- 1944 - (Soviet occupation) Arrested and deported to Siberia.
- 1953 - Returns to Latvia
- November 19, 1965 - Dies, in Ogre, Latvia. Buried in the Grostona cemetary, near Madona.
